Personality
Adaptable . Honest . Cold . Sarcastic
Glow comes off as a cold, hateful person. They don't like small talk or strangers, and especially hate people trying to know them. If you manage to get past their mask, they show off an emotional, more empathetic side that takes many by surprise. Once somebody gets close to Glow, they hold on and don't let go. They will fight to protect you with their life. But if you do ONE thing to break their trust, you go back to that cold, blunt persona. And getting back on their good side is nearly impossible.
Story Summary
Glow claims to be a Red Mage who hails from Limsa Lominsa, but in reality that could be nothing short from the truth. Glow grew up in a Veena tribe in the Skatay Range. Due to a traumatic past, they left the forest and their tribe picking up the name Taiga Chemlight. Glow traveled a lot, living in Dalmasca and all over Othard as a wandering adventurer. Everywhere they went, they would give the locals a different name to call them, never giving out their true name to anyone.While in Dalmasca, Glow made a pact with a voidsent named Scarafaggio. In exchange for extensive magical powers and aether manipulation, Glow would let the voidsent inhabit their body to show them the world outside of the Void, to help them learn and see what the other side had to offer. During their travels, Glow had to learn about how to use their newfound magicks and set out to Eorzea's arcanist guild to start. In Limsa Lominsa, Glow would meet their life companions 'friends', Canada Dry and Sierra Mistt, and from the moment they met the 3 would be inseparable and bound for life.
